Enrolment Procedures

Any parent wishing to have a look around the school please make an appointment with the Principal. The school will only be too willing to show you over the school and to inform you of the various features of the school.

 Enrolments are being taken now for 2008 and are continually being taken all year long for 2008. Enrolments can be submitted for 2009 as well from Prep to Year 7.

Prep Enrolment

Year One Enrolment

Children aged 4 years who will be turning 5 between 1st July and 30 June are eligible to enrol at school in the Prep Year.

Children aged 5 years who will be turning 6 within the calendar year (January to December) are eligible to enrol at school in Year 1.

Enrolment forms are available from the School Office by telephoning on 38714888 or faxing to 38714800 or e-mailing to the.principal@chaphillss.eq.edu.au 

Enrolment forms are available from the local Preschools in the Chapel Hill / Kenmore/ Indooroopilly area from October.

Parents are reminded that some type of evidence of date of birth is required when enrolling his/her child. This is required by law. The evidence may be one of the following:

• Birth Certificate - Extract or full copy

• Certificate of Baptism

• Hospital records 

• Passport

This evidence must be presented some time before the end of February.
